oki99 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.
4. Account Registration
To access the Services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted by our registration form. You agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
- Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple or duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. oki99 may close duplicate Accounts and void any associated Wagers or Bonuses.
- Keep your Account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
- Notify oki99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.
oki99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures.
5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Verification
As part of our commitment to security, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and responsible gaming, oki99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process may include:
- Submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Indonesian ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's license).
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last three months).
- Selfie or live photo verification to confirm identity.
- Additional documentation or information as deemed necessary by our compliance team.
You agree to provide all requested documents promptly. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, Wagers, and withdrawals, or Account closure. oki99 will not process withdrawal requests until KYC verification is successfully completed.
6. Deposits
To place Wagers, you must deposit funds into your Account using one of the approved payment methods, including but not limited to Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
You agree that:
- All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
- All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong solely to you. oki99 does not accept third-party payments.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method. These limits are displayed during the deposit process.
- Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking hours.
- oki99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that does not comply with these Terms or raises compliance concerns.
7. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process before any withdrawal request can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. These limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.
- Withdrawal processing times vary by method: bank transfers typically process within 1–24 hours (business days), e-wallets may process faster subject to verification and availability.
- oki99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or information before processing a withdrawal request.
- Any Bonus funds or wagering requirements must be fulfilled before associated winnings can be withdrawn. See Section 8 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
oki99 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
8. Bonuses and Promotions
oki99 may offer Bonuses, promotions, free bets, free spins, or other incentives from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotional offer. By accepting a Bonus, you agree to comply with its terms, including but not limited to:
- Wagering Requirements: Most Bonuses require you to wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 30x) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or be excluded entirely.
- Time Limits: Bonuses and wagering requirements must be completed within a specified timeframe (e.g., 30 days), after which the Bonus and any associated winnings will expire.
- Maximum Bet Limits: While a Bonus is active, maximum bet limits may apply (e.g., Rp 25,000 per spin or bet). Exceeding these limits may void the Bonus and associated winnings.
- One Bonus Per User: Unless otherwise stated, only one active Bonus is allowed per Account at any time.
oki99 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any Bonus at any time, and to void Bonuses or winnings obtained through abuse, fraud, or breach of terms. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
9. Wagering and Betting Rules
When placing Wagers on the oki99 Platform, you agree to the following:
- All Wagers are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a Wager after it has been placed, except where a Cash Out option is available and offered by oki99.
- Odds, lines, and betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of your Wager. Once a Wager is confirmed, the odds displayed at the time of placement apply.
- In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, oki99 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes.
- Settlement of Wagers is based on official results as determined by the governing sports body, casino game provider, or lottery authority. oki99's decisions on Wager settlement are final.
- For sports betting, if an event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled, Wagers may be voided or carried forward depending on our sports betting rules, which are available upon request.
- For live casino games, the dealer's or game software's decision is final. Video footage may be reviewed in the event of a dispute, and oki99's determination based on that review is binding.
10. Responsible Gaming
oki99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help you manage your gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Our responsible gaming measures include:
- Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your Account settings.
- Wager Limits: You may request maximum wager limits to be applied to your Account.
- Time-Out / Cool-Off Periods: You may request a temporary suspension of your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: You may request permanent or long-term (6 months to 5 years) self-exclusion from the Platform. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your Account or place Wagers.

11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or manipulation.

- Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or Services for financial gain.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Platform's source code or backend systems.
- Engaging in bonus abuse, money laundering, or any fraudulent activity.
oki99 reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited activities, suspend or close Accounts, void Wagers, and withhold funds pending investigation. We may also report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, oki99, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services.
- Technical failures, system outages, server downtime, or loss of data.
- Errors or inaccuracies in odds, results, or game outcomes, provided such errors are corrected promptly upon discovery.
- Loss of funds due to unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard login credentials.
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
In no event shall oki99's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds you deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on the oki99 Platform are the property of oki99 or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming services. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and oki99.
